Conserva - Right Wing News App Reviews

When I first bought the app it worked fine. Now the navigation controls are gone. You have to quit the app and start over to read another story. This has gone on for over a week with no update. I would hold off buying the app until you read here that this problem has been permanently fixed. Otherwise you will be disappointed. Update: Partly my bad: the "disappearing" nav controls were due to inadvertant triggering of a "full-screen mode" by touching the "X" in the lower right corner of the screen. Not documented thoroughly enough, IMHO. Aside from that, I have few complaints. Buy the app. Its worth it.

Just links to the mobile versions of a handful of news sites. Good to have the bookmarks but not much more out of it.

Have been looking for conservative news for a while so thank you for making this. Yes, its mainly bookmarking conservative sites so if you want more you wont like this. As for me thats all I want it to do. One place, the sites I want to read, cuts ads (!), loads fast, simple to use and cuts through the media blather. Outstanding.

The videos are gone, but you still show videos in the preview. One star for being misleading!!!

This is a great app. It has most of the main conservative news sites, as well as Google and Yahoo news.If you want an easy way to read the "right" viewpoint, with a positive focus on the bedrock institutions of our nation, you should read this. The conservative-Republican philosophy includes strengthening capitalism, marriage, the family, the military, and our religious heritage. At the same time, conservatives try to shrink the size of government to a reasonable size. The liberal-Democrat philosophy includes enlarging the size of government, and control of the state, as gigantic as possible. Since a large percentage of Democrats are agnostic or atheist, they often try to replace God with government as our savior. You will notice that Obama always has a "government" solution to any problem. Never mind that big, bloated government is exactly why the Soviet Union collapsed. The Democrat party apparently dont realize this, so they want to try the Communist experiment again by having a huge government that controls everything. "This time it will work," they tell us. Obamas so-called "stimulus" was just government command-and-control exactly like Communist Russia. Democrats like to control people, see. Controlling people is their favorite thing to do. A better solution would have been to reward businesses for job creation.... by cutting the taxes of precisely those businesses that create jobs. But Obama, in his normal ideological manner, refused to do so, because he wanted to increase the size and control of government over peoples lives. It seems to have never occurred to Democrats that maybe America became great because of conservative principles such as Capitalism, Christianity, respect for pro-life ideas, respect for normal marriage concepts, and so forth. No, for Democrats, it is all about trying to imitate Communist Russia, with giant bloated government and a hostile atheist stance toward religious faith. The government is supposed to substitute for the old-fashioned religious faith that originally made America great. Instead of "In God we trust" on our money, Democrats would put "In government we trust."

Like the fox news radio link, but it says to push the square and listen in the background and it quits everytime.

For me this is great. I have two other radio aps but could rarely get Fox News and if I did I mostly lost the stream or got bumped off. Now I get right on every time.

Conserva does a nice job of collecting links to the top conservative news sites and making them easy to access. It reformats the articles so they look good on the screen. I use it multiple times every day.

This app is so good Im not sure if I need any other News App.... This thing is great!

This is the same as their other news apps but with fewer shortcuts and no video. Basically its false advertising. Get their other app called "Startup" instead - much better value.

Great app for consolidating news sites. Allows you to surf and save favorites which keeps your desktop uncluttered. Need to show iPhone bar at top so we can see time, battery life, and wifi signal.

can anyone tell me if I can add a Top Site and how to do it? I can find nothing on this. I can delete, but cant add. The help says top sites of your choosing. **update** Using Bookmarks to add a site to the Top Sites just adds a plain blue icon that you can put a label on. And, not all sites show up in show all. I have Real Clear Politics on top sites, but it is not in the show all. So, if i delete it from the front page, Ill have to re- install to get it back ***update 2***they just keep rebranding this app. now it is also called "news feed elite". what a joke same app more expensive.

A rip off! Just a limited version of their other program called start up. Wasted dollar on this one!

You can get everything for free if you just use your Internet. Dont waste your money!!!! Rip off big time!!!

Slow and buggy. Navigation is counter-intuitive. Relatively unsupported -- very few updates. The app is really nothing more than a set of links you can replicate on your own. Overall a very frustrating experience. I bought it almost a year ago and it has never improved. A waste of money.

Quits itself. If it does stay open, clicking an icons a site gives an error. Well you get the error if the app doesnt outright quit itself. Use safari its free.

I enjoy having so many sources in one place. CNS, though, hasnt updated in months, and now doesnt load. Update: its now Feb 12 and CNS hasnt updated in two and a half years.

It should be removed from the AppStore! This violates Right Wing News Copyright!
